Products and orders. Our shirts are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but screens vary. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Discounts and promotions follow the terms shown with them and can't be combined unless stated.

Our designs. All designs, text, and images on this site belong to Live By Shirts and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Live By Shirts is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
