Returns & Exchanges

Every Live By Shirts item is printed to order just for you, so we keep returns simple and fair.

• Wrong size? Exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Misprint, defect, or damaged in shipping? We'll replace it free. Just email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery.
• Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind on worn or washed items.

How to start a return or exchange
Email livebyshirts@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and what you need (new size, replacement, or refund). We'll reply with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was misprinted, defective, or damaged.
